Day 6 Yosemite - Mono Lake (220 Km.)

P.N. Yosemite: In the Sierra Central is the Yosemite National Park. Yosemite Valley, is one of the most incredible geological spectacles in the world. Yosemite, is a valley created by glaciers that were displaced by the Merced River canyon. The ice layers removed most fragile granite and eroded the toughest, which form the walls of the valley. The lake which was formed with the melting of the glacier are drained to form the bottom of the valley.

One of the best views of this valley is the Upper Yosemite Falls. Deserve the interest Mirror Lake, which reflects the vast mass of Half Dome, Bridalveil Falls, a slim jet of water and the main peak, El Capitan, 1200 meters high. There is also the cliff more pronounced of the country: Half Dome.
